I worked with Ben primarily and also Tim some as well. Ben did a great job helping me find housing opportunities that fit my needs and was very patient with me as we likely visited 30 + houses before finding one that we liked.
Ben was so great in that the house we found was a for sale by owner and he wasn’t even worried if he would make money on the sale he was just happy it fit our needs. I was happy it worked out for him to get paid for all of his work because he truly deserved it after months of going all over town with us.
That is the type of REALTOR® I would like to work with I was amazed he was willing to not even get paid for all of the work he did for us to settle on the right house but was so happy it didn’t come to that. I would highly recommend Ben and Tim Kayes to anyone in search of a high quality REALTOR® that REALLY cares about the people they work with.
